Orders normally will be delivered to you within two weeks.

NOTE:  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Alaska,  Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or anywhere outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Blinds ordered over 84" in width are not covered under the warranty. 

Color Accuracy/Color Disclaimer

Due to variances of computer monitors, the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact or shades from what you are expecting. We always suggest and recommend that you request color samples from us. There is a slight possibility for real wood blinds to have natural variances in the wood color and grain that may affect the color of the stain used on them. We would advise you to purchase all your blinds at one time to assure the materials used in the manufacturing process match up with each other. Products cannot be returned or exchanged because of color discrepancies.

Warranty

Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer and passed to the original purchaser. All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics and PVC tend to crack and discolor. All cords will eventually wear out. These things are normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Colors and textures vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases. Products ordered outside of the recommended manufacturing specifications (oversized blinds) are not covered by this warranty. This warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail own our products. If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty. You, the customer will be responsible for transporting the product to and from Blinds4Cheap.com along with any cost removing or reinstalling the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Easy Care, Maintenance, and Warranty

Easy Care and Maintenance

With Fauxwood shutters, no special cleaning or care is necessary. Just wipe them off with ordinary soap and water. In fact, regular cleaning enhances the finish and gives them an "ever-improving" appearance for years to come.

Lifetime Transferable Warranty

We extend this warranty to the original purchaser, as well as any subsequent purchaser of your home. Your Fauxwood Plantation shutters are guaranteed not to fade, crack, peel or warp. This warranty applies only to manually operated shutters properly installed in the window, door, or interior area for which they were intended. Installation must be in accordance with accompanying instructions. The product cannot be modified. It is the purchaser's responsibility to maintain and clean the shutters in compliance with the instructions provided. The product must be used only in the window for which it was purchased. Damage to the product resulting from misuse, abuse, or direct exposure to salty air is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply to conditions cased by normal wear and tear upon the product. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall the manufacturer or be liable for INCIDENTAL or CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, provided it is returned to the manufacturer. Our warranty obligation excludes shipping charges (except within the first year) and labor costs for measuring and installation. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to Commercial Orders, which carry a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY.

Easy Care, Maintenance, and Warranty

Easy Care and Maintenance

With Premium shutters, very little maintenance is required. Use a soft cloth, merely cleaning off accumulated dust. Most surfaces are sealed so slightly damp cloths can be used without fear of damaging the wood or surface.

Lifetime Warranty

We warrant our shutters to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the shutters. Provided that such products were properly installed; and such products were made or assembled exclusively from original materials and components. Any resale or other transfer of the product and/or materials voids this warranty. Premium Hardwood Custom Shutters come with a 3-year limited warranty on color fastness of paints.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. In no event shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for the expenses associated with such damages. Repair or remake of defective products is the sole remedy under this warranty and in no event shall be liable for costs to remove and/or reinstall the product. Repairs will be made with only like or similar parts. This warranty does not include shipping charges, costs of labor for measuring, installation, or trip charges.

This warranty does not cover any condition of or damage to the shutter window, from unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, act of God, motorized devices, daily wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance. Improper, inappropriate, or unauthorized replacement parts, repairs or maintenance voids this warranty. This warranty excludes all liability for removal of the shutter and reinstallation in the same or another window, or damage to the window frame, glass or any other portion of the window. Due to manufacturing, natural variations in color, grain and texture in products, is not able to guarantee exact matches on subsequent orders. Returns cannot be authorized due to these normal variations.

All other warranties, both expressed and implied, are explicitly disclaimed. This warranty excludes all liability for consequential or incidental damages for any cause whatsoever.

All other rights are governed by the state law in which the shutters were purchased, and may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to your state.

Exchanges or Refunds

Blinds4Cheap.com does not in any way accept exchanges or refunds. Every blind is custom made to your color choice and size stated and therefore are not suitable for resale. We recommend that you do not refuse the delivery of blinds in which you ordered. This will not enable you to receive a refund in any way. If you receive your blinds and they are not the color you anticipated, we can reorder you the same order in a different color at a 20% discount.

Errors in Your Order

Each blind is custom made to your color choice and size, therefore it is important you follow the measuring instructions on our site. We also recommend that you carefully review your order before you place it. In the event that you make an error in your order, email us immediately at info@blinds4cheap.com to inform us of the error. If you catch the order quickly, we will call you back to get the details of the error. If the order has already been processed, you will have to reorder the product at a discount.

Freight Claim Policy

Refer to these important guidelines if you receive a shipment containing possible freight damage. If you suspect freight damage do not refuse the shipment, instead call Blinds4Cheap.com immediately. Keep the original boxes along with the damaged goods and note the tracking number from the boxes. Hold on to the damaged blinds and boxes for 30 days. The damaged goods will not be remade until UPS has given authorization for a claim. If you do not keep the damaged box and blind we will be unable to remake the damaged goods.
